Kirsan Ilyumzhinov congratulates fraternal Chechen people on Constitution Day of Chechen Republic

On 23 March, the multinational people of Chechnya celebrate the Constitution Day. First president of Kalmykia, sixth president of FIDE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov congratulated the head and residents of Chechnya on this significant date. The congratulation reads as follows:

“Dear Ramzan Akhmatovich! I heartily congratulate you and all the people of Chechen republic on the Constitution Day of Chechnya. On this very day, 23 March 2003, residents of Chechnya voted for the first Constitution of the Chechen Republic at a republican referendum. At that time, fighting was still going on in the mountains, bandits and terrorists from more than 50 countries did not abandon their attempts to intimidate Chechen people; the political, economic and social crisis reigned in your republic.

But it was during this difficult time that the first President of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Akhmat Kadyrov urged citizens to say “yes” to peace and tranquillity, the development and prosperity of their native Chechnya in every home and every family. Chechen residents, independent and fearless, have responded to the call of their leader.

Following the law of their ancestors, who transmitted love and respect for the land of their fathers, faith in goodness and justice to present generations, citizens of Chechnya voted for the main document of the Chechen Republic, which emphasized the historical community and inextricable connection of Chechnya and Russia.
The Constitution Day of the Chechen Republic became the most important holiday for all the people of the republic and the personal victory day of Akhmat Kadyrov, who devoted his life to the interests of the Chechen people and constitutional development of the Chechen Republic within the Russian Federation.
Under the leadership of the current head of the Chechen Republic, the successor of the work of his great father Ramzan Kadyrov, the Chechen Republic has achieved significant results in socio-economic development over the years. However, the main result is peace and security in the mountains and on the plains. Tourists come from various parts of Russia and from different countries come to Chechnya to find hospitality and friendliness.
Dear Ramzan Akhmatovich! Please accept my most sincere wishes for good and prosperity to you and all the people of the Chechen Republic. I am sure that the Chechen Republic will continue to move forward, without slowing down the pace of development. ”
