November 12 in the framework of his working visit to Lausanne (Switzerland), FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov took part in the Forum "Implementation of good governance," organized by the International convention of "Sport Accord".

Then the head of FIDE met with a delegation of the International Committee of Deaf Sports - led by its president Valery Rukhledev. The meeting focused on the inclusion of chess in the program XXIII Surdoolimpiady (world games for athletes with hearing impairments), which will be held in Samsun (Turkey) in 2017.
