More Congratulations are addressed to the President of FIDE on The International Day of Chess.

The President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE), Kirsan Ilyumzhinov continues to receive congratulations on the International Day of Chess (today we publish only a few). In particular, the President the Russian Chess Federation (RCF), Andrei Filatov congratulates the head of FIDE:
“Dear Kirsan Nikolayevich!
Chess today has become an integral part of the sport and cultural life in many countries of the world. The game is growing in popularity, so too the number of competitions held at both the amateur and professional level.
You once said that your lifelong dream is to increase the number of people who know chess rules up to a billion. It is with great pleasure that I wish you of its fulfilment.


Today the number of chess fans, according to official statistics, is approximately 700 million. I am sure that your energy, experience and your huge love of chess will consolidate and increase this impressive result.
Allow me to congratulate you, the members of the FIDE Presidential Board and all lovers of this most intellectual game on the International Day of Chess. We heartily wish all chess players interesting matches, success, good health and new achievements in your favourite game!"
Also, the head of the Republic of Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Evkurov congratulated the FIDE President by telegram:
“Dear Kirsan Nikolayevich! I cordially congratulate you on the International Day of Chess.
Chess is an ancient and wise game that brings people together from all over the planet. It is not only the most intellectual sport; it is also an important part of world culture. You have made a huge contribution to the development of this world and to the progress of Russian chess through your active deeds during your tenure as the President of FIDE. 
On this auspicious day, please accept my sincere wishes of good health, happiness, prosperity, success and good luck in all your endeavours and undertakings!”
Finally, the Mayor of Lviv (Ukraine), Andrey Sadovy sent his kind words addressed to Kirsan Ilyumzhinov:
"Dear Mr. President! On the occasion of the International Day of Chess, please accept our sincere congratulations and wishes of well-being, peace, countless years of prosperity and success.
At same time, I would like to wish you and your colleagues from the International Chess Federation good health, vitality, self-confidence and new achievements.
