With a sense of irretrievable personal loss I learned of the death of a wonderful man, a brilliant diplomat and a good friend - Alexander Mikhailovich Kadakin. Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to India died in New Delhi on 68th year of life on January 26.Domestic diplomacy has lost one of the highest professionals, who dedicated himself to the promotion of Russian interests abroad.
I want to express my sincere condolences to the family and friends of Alexander Mikhailovich. Fond memories of him will always be in our hearts.
