As it became known, on March 5, FIDE President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov met with his old friend, a British businessman Michael Brosnan, who arrived in the Russian capital on a business trip.

The meeting was held in a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the Moscow office of FIDE. Ilyumzhinov and Brosnan played a friendly game of chess and discussed a number of topical issues.
