On January 30 in Moscow, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov met with the executive director of Israel Chess Federation Gil Boruhovsky. An interesting exchange of views on various issues of chess life took place.
Possible projects of bilateral cooperation were discussed. Both sides talked about the development of the Chess in Schools project.
It is well known that Ilyumzhinov, in conjunction with the Israeli Ministry of Education, personally financially supported this project for several years. In addition to chess issues, co-founder of Belinter Media, Gil Boruhovsky also discussed a number of business projects.
