On March 20, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov met with the director of the Toksovskaya Perspektiva Foundation Sergey Shulga from the Leningrad region. During the conversation, the parties discussed development of chess in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region as well as organization of children's tournaments. Other topics that are important for the popularization of chess were touched upon. After the conversation Ilyumzhinov and Shulga played a game of chess.
