On 13 April, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov visited the celebration of the birthday of Stephen Seagal that took place in one of the Moscow restaurants. A brilliant film actor was born on 10 April but the celebration was postponed till Friday the 13th. The actor’s best friends joined the event: Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, Boris Rotenberg, Viktor Drobysh and others.In the chess town of Chess City, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov and Stephen Seagal played a game of chess. According to Segal, the president of FIDE Ilyumzhinov was most forgiving player. At the same time, as a sign of respect and recognition of Seagal's merits, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov signed a decree on conferring the title of Honorary Citizen of Kalmykia on the famous American actor.
