4 July, in his Moscow office, FIDE head held a business meeting with the Counsellor of the Embassy of Spain Julio Diaz Sevilllano.The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Ilyumzhinov presented Sevilla a chessboard with his autograph as a memorial gift.
During the conversation, issues of mutual interest were discussed. The Counsellor of the Embassy of Spain shared his impressions of the recent FIFA World Cup and the match between Spain and Russia.
