Shadzhin Lama of Kalmykia Telo Tulku Rinpoche is the President of the Centralized Religious Organization "Association of Buddhists of Kalmykia", Honorary Representative of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in Russia, Mongolia and the CIS countries, spiritual leader of the Fund for the Preservation of Cultural and Philosophical Traditions of Tibetan Buddhism "Let’s Preserve Tibet" (Moscow), the spiritual leader of the Tilopa Centre (Ulan Bator, Mongolia).
