On 2 June, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov met his fellow countrymen, the workers of Elista plant “Zvezda” at the airport named after A. Pushkin (Sheremetyevo). Recall that at the end of March, the first President of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, visited Elista and, first of all, went to his native plant, which celebrated its anniversary.In honour of the plant’s jubilee, Ilyumzhinov contributed one million roubles to the plant’s mutual aid fund and presented ten tourist vouchers to Turkey to the company's most advanced employees.
The employees arrived in Moscow before their trip. At dinner with Kirsan Nikolayevich, in a warm friendly atmosphere, they recalled the past and talked about the future of their republic. The guests told about their socialist competition, about the life of the plant and promised to send photos from the Turkish beach.
