Kalmykia's first President, FIDE's sixth President Kirsan Ilyumzhinov congratulated Kalmykia teachers and veterans of pedagogical work on Teacher's Day.
In his video message, on behalf of the graduates of the Elista school No. 3, Kirsan Nikolaevich congratulated all teachers, veterans of Kalmykia pedagogical work and mentors from his native school.
