On 7 November, the first president of Kalmykia, the sixth president of FIDE, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov flew from Liberia to Sierra Leone, as part of his African tour.
Kirsan Nikolayevich said on the phone: “I met with the president of the country and other officials. We discussed joint cooperation in the framework of Russia-Africa cooperation.”
