On 29 December, the first president of Kalmykia, the sixth president of FIDE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov arrived to Iran on a working trip. Kirsan Nikolayevich plans to hold meetings with representatives of Iranian business circles in Tehran. As Ilyumzhinov told our correspondent, the plane landed at the new, very beautiful Ayatollah Khomeini International Airport. Kirsan Nikolaevich demonstrates to his readers and subscribers the smallest edition of the Holy Book of Muslims, the Koran. This amazingly beautiful book fits in the palm of your hand. The book was made 200 years ago by the famous Iranian artist named Abdullah Ashu.
As Kirsan Nikolaevich said, the Tehran Museum of Fine Arts is unique. It is one of the largest art museums in Asia. The collection consists of more than three thousand objects and includes collections of European and American art of the 19th and 20th centuries: paintings, prints, drawings and sculptures, as well as one of the largest collections of Iranian ancient and modern art.
On the same day, a business lunch was held with Iranian partners. Ilyumzhinov personally thanked the restaurant chef for his culinary art.
