On June 18, first president of Kalmykia, sixth president of FIDE Kirsan Ilyumzhinov was awarded the medal "75 years of 147 automobile base of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation." This unique award was presented to Kirsan Nikolaevich by the deputy chief for military and political activities Igor Panfilochkin.It should be noted that the state tests of parade cars were completed in early February 2020.
