Kirsan Ilyumzhinov shared a wonderful video with the tiger cub Kirsan, who is 2 months old. In November 2020, the tiger cub was born in the Moscow zoo almost dead. He couldn’t breathe. When the baby was born, his mother tigress did not recognize him and refused to feed him.
“The tiger cub, whom the tigress mother abandoned at birth, now has several adoptive parents and they are all human! The cub was born at the zoo. They thought that he would not survive for he was barely alive. But zoo employees, animal advocates and sponsors came to his rescue. They took the new-born tiger to the veterinary clinic, where he was nursed for a month. And they won!” Ilyumzhinov said.
On January 19, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov came to his friend Mikhail Zaretsky to pay visit to the tiger cub, who was named Kirsan. Ilyumzhinov gave Kirsan Jr milk from a bottle and even played a game of chess with him.
