The mystical clairvoyant and healer received pilgrims from all over the world and helped to solve life's problems for many years. Many of her predictions were filmed, basing on which a documentary was made.

Her prophecies, along with the stories of people who were close to her during her life, are collected and shown in one documentary.
In 2019, the documentary "Vanga: A Person and Phenomenon" was made by Bulgarian director Stoyan Petrov together with first President of Kalmykia Kirsan Ilyumzhinov. It was timed to the 110th birthday of Vanga, celebrated on January 1, 2021. The film is made in honour of a blind woman who from an early age began to see what others could not see.
