As we have already reported, the President of Kyrgyzstan met with the first President of the Republic of Kalmykia, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov.

“An official meeting with the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov took place in Bishkek today. In the conversation, the issues of the implementation of investment economic projects in Kyrgyzstan, as well as cultural and sports events were touched upon. I sincerely thank President Sadyr Japarov for his attention to the proposals and opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation! As a result of my visit to Kyrgyzstan, I opened a representative office, coordinated by Boris Chedyrov,” Ilyumzhinov wrote.
Earlier, Ilyumzhinov visited the Talas region, where he met with the presidential representative, and saw all the landmarks. He also noted that he plans to start a joint project in the Talas region. Kirsan Ilyumzhinov was awarded the title of Honorary Citizen of the Talas region.
