On September 23, Kirsan Ilyumzhinov visited the Vietnamese Embassy in Moscow, where he met with his friend and fellow student at MGIMO, now Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation, Dang Minh Khoi.
“I am with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Russian Federation, my friend and fellow student at MGIMO Dang Minh Khoi. He conveyed his greetings to me and presented a gift from the ex-president of Vietnam, Mr Nguyen Minh Triet," commented Kirsan Ilyumzhinov.
