Sumiyabazar Dolgorsuren was born on January 7, 1974. In the past, he represented Mongolia in the Olympic Games in freestyle wrestling and is the Mongolian national champion in freestyle wrestling. In the 2020 elections, Sumiyabazar was elected the mayor of Ulaanbaatar.
