It features of the work the famous sculptor Dashi Namdakov on the main statue of Buddha of the temple, which promises to become one of the largest in the country. Its project resembles the temple "The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni" in the capital of Kalmykia, but has its own unique flavour and fundamentality.
“The blessing of His Holiness the Dalai Lama is clearly noticed in the main Buddhist temple of Kalmykia “The Golden Abode of Buddha Shakyamuni” and the new main temple in Tuva, the construction of which will be completed in the near future,” says Yulia Zhironkina. - Like Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the ex-governor of Tuva, Sholban Kara-ool, personally met with His Holiness and asked for a blessing for the construction of the main khuree. I was lucky to be at this meeting."
Yulia Zhironkina said that she watched the First Channel coverage the completion of the new church construction with great joy.

“The statues will be entrusted to Dashi Namdakov to make, whose works I sincerely admire. May everything work out as planned. The blessing of the buddhas and bodhisattvas knows no boundaries,” she wrote to her Facebook page.
