Director of the Save Tibet Foundation and translator of the 14th Dalai Lama Yulia Zhironkina commented on the TV coverage of the construction of a Buddhist temple complex in the city of Kyzyl, Republic of Tuva. It went on the air on Channel One’s Vremya program.
