The 14th Dalai Lama’s personal physician spoke about overcoming the post-covid syndrome

On February 14, personal physician of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, a Buddhist monk Venerable Barry Kerzin spoke about how to provide spiritual help to people and animals during pandemics at ‘The Medicine Buddha: Overcoming Pain and Loss’ discussion.

The Venerable Barry Kerzin advised meditation to alleviate post-COVID symptoms. “Meditate and even if your physical condition does not change it becomes easier for you to live,” he said during an online meeting.
The monk also noted that pain haunt people around the world during the pandemic and will haunt them later when humanity overcomes it, since there are many more diseases in the world besides the coronavirus.

“Millions have died worldwide from COVID and many other diseases. Remember that we are all interconnected,” said the Venerable Barry Kerzin.
