Dear Alexander Grigoryevich! I heartily congratulate you on the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the National Olympic Committee of Belarus!
For the quarter of a century, the Belarusian Olympians effectively performed at 11 Olympic Games winning 91 medals. The republic demonstrates the high level of the sports development. And among other things it is owing to your example and the wise decision to lead the NOC of Belarus, thus underlining the importance of sport in society.
I take this opportunity to thank you for your attention to the chess sport, which I hope will become the Olympic one.
I wish you and all citizens of Belarus, who care for the sport, the good health, vitality and new achievements!
