I am deeply shocked by the terrorist attack in Nice. Dozens of innocent people were killed and wounded. It is difficult to find words to express my sympathy to the affected families.

This tragedy has touched all of us with icy breath of death. Another rainy day for France and the entire world. This is the monstrous crime against humanity and the values that we share.
