Kirsan Ilyumzhinov expects a pre-trial settlement of the dispute with the US Treasury on inclusion in the sanctions list.
"90 per cent of debates are settled before the trial in the US. Now we are clarifying our relationships with the US Treasury. I'm waiting to be invited and a dialogue to begin," FIDE President said.
