Appeal to the President of the International Chess Federation (FIDE)

Dear Kirsan Nikolaevich,

Students and teachers of Ukrainian universities, having participated in the third Collective Chess Universiade, appreciated the great potential of this game: it allows millions of chess players to play simultaneously the game that is traditionally for two players.

Having received the necessary experience during the third Universiade, we are ready to use it for organizing a world tournament in all countries where the Federation is registered, and in those where chess fans live.

The world tournament will attract millions of new chess players and will also help to identify and financially reward the most talented of them, according to the concept of the Geo-Social Games: "The search for talented people, the creation of social and financial lifts for them and, with the help of their collective intellect, the solution of the urgent tasks of civilization:

• Climate change

• Migration

• The onset of artificial intelligence"

We are ready to make this tournament an example of solving global problems that require the collective opinion.

Participants and organizers of the Ukrainian Universiade are:

Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

National Technical University of Ukraine "Kiev Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky"

Rivne National University of Water Management and Nature Resources
